After reviewing with the physician extent the new technology will be implemented

The Human Resources Assessment will ensure that the practice is meeting all the employment regulations that are imposed by Federal, State and local governments. Additionally, we will review internal policy and procedures regarding employee relations to protect the practice from potential claims or lawsuits. The assessment service will review employee documentation, ensure that all required employee postings are current, and review employee policies and procedures. This would include the vacation/sick policies, review of employee appraisal system, and assessment of benefits. If the practice has an employee handbook in place we would review the handbook and provide any necessary suggestions for modification.
