Having the right staff members to represent your practice to the public is essential to a successful practice. During our engagement the Human Resources staff will work with the physicians to recruit the right staff members to the practice, and ensure that the practice is in compliance with all the federal, state and local regulations. Some of the services include:

• Maintain all employment files
  
• Provide employee discipline services
  
• Ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC and other employment regulations
  
• Process all payroll time records
  
• Track vacation and sick time
  
• Manage employee benefits
  
• Manage the COBRA Process
  
• Manage worker compensation and unemployment process
  
• Execute all hiring/firing activities as directed by the practice
